What We Do

We invest in and maintain places and spaces that people use to serve their purposes. Through our operating companies, we offer tools and services to make the most of these safe, warm places through high-quality experiences that offer something new and help people grow and connect.

In the course of our investments, projects, and work, art is . . . one way or another . . . woven through everything we do. We believe art has a power to transport, transform, and heal. We work to combine art with function in ways people find useful and invigorating.

 How to Work With Us

Make Use of Our Infrastructure.  You may want to work or meet at Brighton Light House, stay on the river in Leland at 309 South Main Street, shop for fine art at Main Street Gallery Leland, participate in a retreat or workshop with Heart Connected, or buy a copy of Soluna’s Way! You can connect with any of those offerings by clicking through to the website for it. You also can mail, telephone, or email us (see the Contact Us page).

Ideas for New Infrastructure or Offerings. You may be inspired by the concept of creating, caring for, and making use of infrastructure to connect people with needed resources or meaningful experiences. If you are intrigued by an approach to business that blends art with function, focusing on doing good in amazing spaces, or want to talk about other ideas, please contact us by mail, telephone, or email.
